The Global Youth Summit’s Afghan delegates visited the Embassy of Afghanistan in New Delhi after returning from the summit in Nepal on February 23, 2018.

Welcoming the young Afghan delegates to the Gandahara Hall, Embassy of Afghanistan in New Delhi, Dr. Shaida Mohammad Abdali, the Ambassador of Afghanistan to India appreciated and congratulated the young leaders for their achievements over the summit.

While thanking the Embassy of Afghanistan for facilitating their travel to attend the summit, the young delegates presented the Afghan Ambassador with the traditional turban of Afghanistan.

Held on February 16, 2018, the Global Youth Summit was joined by youth from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan and US.

The Afghan Ambassador reaffirmed Afghan Embassy’s cooperating and support in future too and encouraged the delegate to further work towards a better future of Afghan people and the country.
